Privacy Policy

Prize Daddy ("the app") is operated by Rise Country ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and how it's used. Short version: we collect what's needed to run digital competition prizes, we don't sell it, and we don't show ads.
What we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
- Prize & competition records — awards, redemptions, transfers, and related details entered by you or by event organizers (for example, an organizer entering you as a competition winner with your name and email).
- Organization details — for organizers: org name, contact email, events, competitions, and prize configuration.
- Assistant questions — if you use the in-app "Ask Prize Daddy" helper, your questions are processed by Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate answers, and stored by us to improve the app.
- Device tokens — to deliver push notifications you've enabled.
How we use it
- Running the service: awarding, distributing, redeeming, and fulfilling prizes, and notifying you about them by email and push notification.
- Support and product improvement.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Supabase — database and application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Expo — push notification delivery.
- Anthropic — AI processing of questions you send to the in-app assistant.
- Apple / Google — app distribution.
Sharing within the app
Prize Daddy is a multi-party system: when an organizer awards you a prize, they (and their staff) can see your name, email, and the prize's status — that's how prizes get fulfilled. If a prize involves a partner organization or a trade between organizations, the involved organizations can see the prize and its winner.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account anytime in Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and personal data, or email us at hello@risecountry.com and we'll handle it.
Audience
Prize Daddy is intended for adults — event organizers, their staff, and adult competitors. It is not directed at children. Prizes won by minor competitors should be managed through a parent or guardian's account.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note it in the app.
