I won a prize — where is it?

Prizes appear in My Wins after the event organizer distributes them (usually right after the awards ceremony). You'll get an email and a push notification when yours arrives.

How do I use a prize?

Open the win and tap Redeem — pick the event you're using it at and the organizer takes it from there. Sponsor discounts: tap Get My Code and your unique code plus the shop link appear instantly.

I got a claim code in an email — what do I do?

In the app: My Wins → Claim a prize, type the code, and the prize lands in your account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete Account — that permanently removes your account and personal data. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
